product must undergo are the following: rotogravure printing, lamination and
slitting. Our rotogravure printing machines are fitted with the most advanced
equipment supporting production and control: preparation and control of inks
through spectrophotometer, register control - length- and widthwise -,
intelligent camcorders to full-check defects, automatic viscometers, in-line
control of the tracking size, electric print equipment, solvent analyzer
to check solvent remainders, integrated handling of production data. |

Our lamination department produces multilayer
laminates having the barrier and mechanical characteristics requested by our
customers. In addition to the traditional solvent - and water - spreading
techniques, Goglio Cofibox, first in its branch, has developed a "dry sealing
process" that, with solvent-free adhesive substances, produces layer films
with two, three and four layers. The slitting and packaging line is
structured to ensure flexibility and versatility to satisfy any customer's
request as far as quality and hygiene are concerned.
The department has been organized as to reduce the risk of packaging
contamination to the lowest possible level, and has been inserted into HCCP
sanitary model adopted by Goglio Cofibox.
